- Mám 12 let zkušeností v oblasti péče o seniory, zaměřené na zajištění jejich fyzické, psychické i sociální pohody.
Pomoc s každodenními činnostmi (osobní hygiena, oblékání, příprava a podávání
jídel).
Poskytování podpory při pohybu (včetně manipulace s imobilními klienty).
Správa léků a monitorování zdravotního stavu (dohled nad dodržováním léčebného režimu).
Komunikace s rodinami a lékaři.
Během své praxe jsem pracovala s klienty s demencí, Alzheimerovou chorobou, omezenou pohyblivostí i chronickými onemocněními.
Mým cílem bylo vždy podporovat důstojnost, respekt a individuální potřeby každého klienta. Schopnost budovat důvěru a empatii.
