Je pot\u0159eba, aby <strong>uchaze\u010d o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed ozn\u00e1mil v\u00fdkon t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed\u00a0nebo\u00a0nejpozd\u011bji v\u00a0den n\u00e1stupu k\u00a0v\u00fdkonu t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti. <\/strong>Je tak\u00e9 nutn\u00e9 \u00a0<strong>dolo\u017eit v\u00fd\u0161i m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku\u00a0nebo odm\u011bny<\/strong>. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 ale <strong>nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 pob\u00edrat podporu v\u00a0nezam\u011bstnanosti<\/strong>. Podpora bude pozastavena a bude vyplacena a\u017e po skon\u010den\u00ed nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed. Pokud jste evidov\u00e1ni na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce a m\u00e1te p\u0159\u00edjem z\u00a0nekoliduj\u00edc\u00edho zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, nebude se z\u00a0n\u011bj strh\u00e1vat vysok\u00e9 m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jako by tomu bylo v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, kdyby jedinec na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce evidovan\u00fd nebyl. Jednou z\u00a0v\u00fdhod evidence na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce je to, \u017ee za uchaze\u010de o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je hrazeno zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Pojistn\u00e9 se odvede ze skute\u010dn\u00e9ho v\u00fdd\u011blku, nikoli z\u00a0minim\u00e1ln\u00edho z\u00e1kladu.<\/p>\n<p>Dle <a href=\"https:\/\/www.zakonyprolidi.cz\/cs\/2004-435#cast2\">z\u00e1kona \u010d. 435\/2004 Sb., o zam\u011bstnanosti<\/a>, odstavce t\u0159i:\u00a0<em>\u201eZa\u0159azen\u00ed a veden\u00ed v evidenci uchaze\u010d\u016f o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/em><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>a)<em>v\u00fdkon \u010dinnosti na z\u00e1klad\u011b pracovn\u00edho nebo slu\u017eebn\u00edho pom\u011bru, pokud m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011blek nep\u0159es\u00e1hne polovinu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy, nebo<\/em><\/li>\n<li>b)<em>v\u00fdkon \u010dinnosti na z\u00e1klad\u011b dohody o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, pokud m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed odm\u011bna nebo odm\u011bna p\u0159ipadaj\u00edc\u00ed na 1 m\u011bs\u00edc za obdob\u00ed, za kter\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161\u00ed, nep\u0159es\u00e1hne polovinu minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Uchaze\u010d o zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed je povinen krajsk\u00e9 pobo\u010dce \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce v\u00fdkon t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti bez ohledu na v\u00fd\u0161i m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku nebo odm\u011bny ozn\u00e1mit p\u0159i pod\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti o zprost\u0159edkov\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed nebo nejpozd\u011bji v den n\u00e1stupu k v\u00fdkonu t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti, a ve lh\u016ft\u011b stanoven\u00e9 krajskou pobo\u010dkou \u00da\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce dokl\u00e1dat v\u00fd\u0161i m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku nebo odm\u011bny. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00fdkonu v\u00edce \u010dinnost\u00ed se pro \u00fa\u010dely spln\u011bn\u00ed podm\u00ednky m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edho v\u00fdd\u011blku m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdd\u011blky (odm\u011bny) s\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed.\u201c<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pokud si vyd\u011bl\u00e1te m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b a\u017e do 3499 K\u010d v\u00a0roce 2021 na DP\u010c, neplat\u00edte soci\u00e1ln\u00ed ani zdravotn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. <\/strong>U zam\u011bstnavatele m\u016f\u017eete tak\u00e9 podepsat <strong>prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed poplatn\u00edka o dani z\u00a0p\u0159\u00edjmu a na sv\u016fj v\u00fdd\u011blek uplat\u00edte slevu na poplatn\u00edka.<\/strong> Prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 podepsat pouze u jednoho zam\u011bstnavatele v\u00a0dan\u00e9m m\u011bs\u00edci.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek pro invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchodce<\/h2>\n<p>Rozli\u0161uj\u00ed se t\u0159i stupn\u011b invalidity. <strong>Prvn\u00ed stupe\u0148 zna\u010d\u00ed pokles pracovn\u00ed schopnosti alespo\u0148 o 35 %, druh\u00fd stupe\u0148 pokles pracovn\u00ed schopnosti o 50 % a v\u00edce a t\u0159et\u00ed stupe\u0148 invalidity zna\u010d\u00ed pokles pracovn\u00ed schopnosti alespo\u0148 o 70 %.<\/strong> Lid\u00e9 pob\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod mohou soub\u011b\u017en\u011b pracovat a to tak, jak jim jejich zdravotn\u00ed stav dovol\u00ed. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b se bude jednat o formu zkr\u00e1cen\u00e9ho pracovn\u00edho \u00favazku \u010di DP\u010c. <strong>Doba pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu 1. a 2. stupn\u011b se nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 do doby poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro n\u00e1rok na starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod<\/strong>. Do t\u00e9to doby se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 pouze pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed invalidn\u00edho d\u016fchodu 3. stupn\u011b. Pokud osoba, kter\u00e1 pob\u00edr\u00e1 invalidn\u00ed d\u016fchod 1. nebo 2. stupn\u011b <strong>nepracuje, m\u011bla by se zaregistrovat na \u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce, jeliko\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b doba evidence u\u00a0\u00fa\u0159adu pr\u00e1ce se eviduje jako n\u00e1hradn\u00ed doba poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 se na starobn\u00ed d\u016fchod<\/strong>. Do pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 doby pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed d\u016fchodu se po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 a\u017e t\u0159et\u00ed stupe\u0148 invalidity.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek p\u0159i p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9m d\u016fchodu<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud pob\u00edr\u00e1te <strong>p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fd d\u016fchod<\/strong>, m\u016f\u017eete si p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat a\u017e <strong>do dosa\u017een\u00ed d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho v\u011bku pouze tak, aby se z\u00a0va\u0161eho v\u00fdd\u011blku nezakl\u00e1dala \u00fa\u010dast na d\u016fchodov\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. Z\u00a0vyd\u011blan\u00fdch pen\u011bz <strong>nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt povinnost odv\u00e1d\u011bt soci\u00e1ln\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong>. V\u00a0<strong>p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b dohody o proveden\u00ed pr\u00e1ce<\/strong> je pot\u0159eba splnit ve\u0161ker\u00e9 form\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1le\u017eitosti dohody a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pob\u00edrat <strong>m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do 10\u00a0000 K\u010d.<\/strong> Pokud m\u00e1te podepsanou <strong>dohodu o pracovn\u00ed \u010dinnosti, lze si na tuto smlouvu vyd\u011blat maxim\u00e1ln\u011b do 3499 K\u010d<\/strong> za jeden m\u011bs\u00edc. <strong>Nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9, abyste m\u011bli pracovn\u00ed smlouvu.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pokud nastoup\u00edte do zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a budete m\u00edt podepsanou pracovn\u00ed smlouvu na pln\u00fd nebo zkr\u00e1cen\u00fd \u00favazek, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b DP\u010c, kter\u00e1 bude vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 3499 K\u010d m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u011b, je va\u0161\u00ed povinnost\u00ed ozn\u00e1mit <\/strong>tuto skute\u010dnost <strong>\u010cesk\u00e9 spr\u00e1v\u011b soci\u00e1ln\u00edho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed<\/strong> a ona p\u0159eru\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdplatu starobn\u00edho d\u016fchodu. Pokud budete podnikat jako <strong>OSV\u010c<\/strong> lze v\u00fdkon t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti prov\u00e1d\u011bt op\u011bt s\u00a0omezen\u00edm. Va\u0161e p\u0159\u00edjmy <strong>nesm\u00ed zakl\u00e1dat \u00fa\u010dasti na d\u016fchodov\u00e9m poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <\/strong>a v\u00a0roce 2021 si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ivyd\u011blat <strong>do 85\u00a0058 K\u010d \u00fahrnem za cel\u00fd kalend\u00e1\u0159n\u00ed rok. <\/strong>Va\u0161e \u010dinnost bude br\u00e1na jako vedlej\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 starobn\u00ed penze<\/h2>\n<p>Pokud pob\u00edr\u00e1te <strong>\u0159\u00e1dnou starobn\u00ed penzi, m\u016f\u017eete si p\u0159ivyd\u011bl\u00e1vat bez omezen\u00ed.<\/strong> M\u016f\u017eete b\u00fdt zam\u011bstnanec na pracovn\u00ed smlouvu na pln\u00fd i \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fd \u00favazek, m\u00edt DP\u010c nad 3500 K\u010d. <strong>Pokud budete podnikat jako OSV\u010c, mus\u00edte platit z\u00e1lohy na pojistn\u00e9. <\/strong>V\u00fd\u0161e v\u00fdd\u011blku nen\u00ed v\u00a0\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m z\u00a0uveden\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f nijak omezena. <strong>Nejste povinni dodr\u017eet minim\u00e1ln\u00ed vym\u011b\u0159ovac\u00ed z\u00e1klad, proto\u017ee jste sou\u010dasn\u011b st\u00e1tn\u00ed poji\u0161t\u011bnec. <\/strong>Pokud pracujete p\u0159i \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 starobn\u00ed penzi, m\u016f\u017eete si za\u017e\u00e1dat o p\u0159epo\u010det v\u00fd\u0161e d\u016fchodu.<\/p>\n<h2>P\u0159iv\u00fdd\u011blek p\u0159i mate\u0159sk\u00e9 a rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Tak\u00e9 p\u0159i mate\u0159sk\u00e9 a rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 si m\u016f\u017eete p\u0159ivyd\u011blat. M\u00e1 to ov\u0161em jist\u00e1 omezen\u00ed. <strong>P\u0159i <\/strong><strong>mate\u0159sk\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete pracovat a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pob\u00edrat pen\u011b\u017eitou pomoc v\u00a0mate\u0159stv\u00ed v\u00a0p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee jde o\u00a0jin\u00e9 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, ne\u017e ze kter\u00e9ho je tato d\u00e1vka vypl\u00e1cena.<\/strong> Pokud jste OSV\u010c a je v\u00e1m vypl\u00e1cena pen\u011b\u017eit\u00e1 pomoc v\u00a0mate\u0159stv\u00ed z nemocensk\u00e9ho poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed OSV\u010c, nemus\u00edte v\u00a0dob\u011b pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1vky p\u0159eru\u0161ovat nebo ukon\u010dovat \u010dinnost. <strong>Samostatnou v\u00fdd\u011ble\u010dnou \u010dinnost nelze vykon\u00e1vat osobn\u011b, ale m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vykon\u00e1v\u00e1na prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm zam\u011bstnanc\u016f nebo spolupracuj\u00edc\u00edch osob.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i pob\u00edr\u00e1n\u00ed <strong>rodi\u010dovsk\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku m\u016f\u017ee zam\u011bstnanec pracovat v\u00a0podstat\u011b neomezen\u011b<\/strong>, av\u0161ak mus\u00ed splnit <strong>podm\u00ednku osobn\u00ed celodenn\u00ed a \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u00e9\u010de o d\u00edt\u011b<\/strong>. P\u00e9\u010di poskytne rodi\u010d s\u00e1m nebo si zajist\u00ed pan\u00ed na hl\u00edd\u00e1n\u00ed \u010di babi\u010dku.
