V \u010dl\u00e1nku se tak\u00e9 dozv\u00edte, jak velk\u00e9 jsou rozd\u00edly v pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzd\u011b v region\u00e1ln\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fd\u0161i pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 mzdy u vybran\u00fdch profes\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda<\/h2>\n<p>Zjednodu\u0161en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno <strong>na minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdu m\u00e1 n\u00e1rok ka\u017ed\u00fd zam\u011bstnanec v ka\u017ed\u00e9m jednotliv\u00e9m pracovn\u00edm vztahu.<\/strong> Minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda p\u0159i t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed dob\u011b <strong>v d\u00e9lce 40 hodin \u010din\u00ed pro rok 2020 14 600 K\u010d. <\/strong>K \u010demu je minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzda, kdy\u017e ji podle \u010cesk\u00e9ho statistick\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu pob\u00edraj\u00ed pouze t\u0159i procenta pracovn\u00edk\u016f? <strong>Od minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdy se odv\u00edj\u00ed tzv. zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda je odstup\u0148ov\u00e1na podle obt\u00ed\u017enosti, slo\u017eitosti <\/strong><strong>i odpov\u011bdnosti dan\u00e9 profese do osmi stup\u0148\u016f<\/strong>, kter\u00e9 se ozna\u010duj\u00ed jako <strong>minim\u00e1ln\u00ed mzdov\u00e9 tarify<\/strong>. Zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda se <strong>stanov\u00ed hodinovou sazbou<\/strong>. M\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda <strong>vych\u00e1z\u00ed z t\u00fddenn\u00ed pracovn\u00ed doby o d\u00e9lce 40 hodin<\/strong>. Pokud bychom vzali do \u00favahy polovi\u010dn\u00ed \u00favazek, bude m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed zaru\u010den\u00e1 mzda polovi\u010dn\u00ed tomu, co je uvedeno v tabulce n\u00ed\u017ee.<\/p>\n<p>Do zaru\u010den\u00e9 mzdy nejsou zapo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1ny p\u0159\u00edplatky za pr\u00e1ci p\u0159es\u010das, v\u00edkendy, sv\u00e1tky, no\u010dn\u00ed sm\u011bny, stejn\u011b jako n\u00e1hrady mzdy, cestovn\u00ed n\u00e1hrady a tak\u00e9 odm\u011bny nav\u00edc za pracovn\u00ed pohotovost. Medi\u00e1n je v\u017edy ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br.
