U\u010dte je vyb\u00edrat spr\u00e1vn\u011b, uka\u017ete jim, kter\u00e9 jsou zral\u00e9 a kter\u00e9 ji\u017e do ko\u0161\u00edku ur\u010dit\u011b nebrat. Pro d\u011bti by m\u011bla b\u00fdt koup\u011b zeleniny a ovoce naprosto p\u0159irozen\u00e1 &#8211; jako kdy\u017e do ko\u0161\u00edku vkl\u00e1d\u00e1te jogurty \u010di sladk\u00e9 pamlsky.
