A jak si vytvo\u0159\u00edme to spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro dom\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravu do \u0161koly?<!--more--><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Jak se p\u0159ipravovat doma na vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>S\u00a0n\u00e1stupem do \u0161koly p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed i dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u00fakoly, se kter\u00fdmi je nutno po\u010d\u00edtat. Spolu s\u00a0nimi p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed i ot\u00e1zky \u2013 \u201eJak se co nejl\u00e9pe vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s dom\u00e1c\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravou prv\u0148\u00e1\u010dka?\u201c \u201e Kdy, kde, s k\u00fdm a jak dlouho by se d\u00edt\u011b m\u011blo u\u010dit?\u201c Jak to ale ud\u011blat, aby v\u00a0pravideln\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b do \u0161koly a pln\u011bn\u00ed \u00fakol\u016f d\u00edt\u011b nevid\u011blo pohromu a trest a p\u0159\u00edprava byla efektivn\u00ed? V ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jde va\u0161e d\u00edt\u011b po n\u00e1vratu ze \u0161koly m\u00edsto k televizi nebo po\u010d\u00edta\u010di rovnou k psac\u00edmu stolu a p\u00ed\u0161e si dom\u00e1c\u00ed \u00fakoly. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b rodin je toto pouze fantazie a bez dohledu dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edprava na vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed bohu\u017eel nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e1. Postupn\u011b se zam\u011b\u0159\u00edm na v\u0161e, co by mohlo a m\u011blo ke zd\u00e1rn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b na vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed pomoci.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Vhodn\u00fd prostor &#8211; <\/b>\u0161kol\u00e1k pot\u0159ebuje psac\u00ed st\u016fl a \u017eidli \u2013 pokud mo\u017eno v\u00fd\u0161kov\u011b nastaviteln\u00e9 a nejl\u00e9pe, aby m\u011bl psac\u00ed st\u016fl jen pro sebe a nemusel se o n\u011bj s nik\u00fdm d\u011blit. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd je i po\u0159\u00e1dek na stole. M\u00edstnost, kde d\u00edt\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1 \u00fakoly, by m\u011bla b\u00fdt dob\u0159e v\u011btrateln\u00e1, nep\u0159etopen\u00e1, bez spousty dal\u0161\u00edch podn\u011bt\u016f, aby se d\u00edt\u011b mohlo soust\u0159edit na pr\u00e1ci a nebylo neust\u00e1le vyru\u0161ov\u00e1no okol\u00edm. B\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravy by d\u00edt\u011b nem\u011blo d\u011blat nic dal\u0161\u00edho a m\u011blo by se v\u011bnovat pouze \u00fakol\u016fm na druh\u00fd den.<\/li>\n<li><b>Pravideln\u00fd \u010das \u2013<\/b> je jedno, zda d\u00edt\u011b d\u011bl\u00e1 \u00fakoly ihned po p\u0159\u00edchodu ze \u0161koly (kdy je v\u00fdhoda, \u017ee m\u00e1 l\u00e1tku je\u0161t\u011b \u010derstv\u011b v\u00a0hlav\u011b) nebo v\u00a0jin\u00fd \u010das. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 ale je, aby tento \u010das byl stejn\u00fd nebo alespo\u0148 obdobn\u00fd ka\u017ed\u00fd den, aby d\u00edt\u011b v\u011bd\u011blo, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b v\u00a0tuto dobu si p\u016fjde splnit sv\u00e9 povinnosti. Pokuste se proto naj\u00edt dobu, kter\u00e1 je pro va\u0161e d\u00edt\u011b optim\u00e1ln\u00ed, kdy se bude nejv\u00edce soust\u0159edit.<\/li>\n<li><b>Motivace \u2013 <\/b>je velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, proto\u017ee pouh\u00e9 \u201emus\u00ed\u0161\u201c d\u00edt\u011b akor\u00e1t znechut\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd ze sv\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti v\u00edme, \u017ee kdy\u017e n\u011bco \u201emus\u00edme\u201c, tak n\u00e1s to obvykle v\u016fbec nel\u00e1k\u00e1 a sna\u017e\u00edme se tomu vyhnout. Proto je dobr\u00e9 br\u00e1t u\u010den\u00ed jako hru a sna\u017eit se d\u00edt\u011b na cokoli nal\u00e1kat. Fantazii se meze nekladou. <b><\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>D\u00e9lka p\u0159\u00edpravy na vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed &#8211;<\/b> v prvn\u00ed t\u0159\u00edd\u011b by \u00fakoly nem\u011bly trvat denn\u011b d\u00e9le ne\u017e dvacet minut a\u017e p\u016fl hodiny. K tomu je je\u0161t\u011b t\u0159eba p\u0159ipo\u010d\u00edtat \u010das na pravideln\u00e9 \u010dten\u00ed. Ur\u010dit\u011b by p\u0159\u00edprava na druh\u00fd den nem\u011bla zabrat n\u011bkolik hodin. Pokud ano, je n\u011bco \u0161patn\u011b a mus\u00edme se postarat o n\u00e1pravu.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u010cas na hru a z\u00e1bavu \u2013<\/b> p\u0159\u00edpravu na vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed je dobr\u00e9 rozd\u011blit na dva krat\u0161\u00ed \u00faseky a vlo\u017eit mezi n\u011b \u010das na z\u00e1bavu, aby se d\u00edt\u011b odreagovalo a odpo\u010dinulo si. Pokud je ji\u017e situace natolik ne\u00fanosn\u00e1, \u017ee by vyvrcholila h\u00e1dkou, d\u00e1me si kr\u00e1tkou p\u0159est\u00e1vku na odpo\u010dinek. Motivace, kterou d\u00edt\u011b ztrat\u00ed, se obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b znovu nastavuje. Nejlep\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bnou pro d\u00edt\u011b je ocen\u011bn\u00ed rodi\u010de a jeho pochvala, proto se nenechejme vyto\u010dit a sna\u017eme se d\u00edt\u011b co mo\u017en\u00e1 nejv\u00edce podporovat a chv\u00e1lit.<\/li>\n<li><b>P\u0159en\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed odpov\u011bdnosti na d\u00edt\u011b \u2013<\/b> dobr\u00e9 je se postupn\u011b sna\u017eit d\u00edt\u011b nau\u010dit, aby si na sv\u00e9 povinnosti pamatovalo samo. Jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b situace, kdy d\u00edt\u011b pot\u0159ebuje p\u0159\u00edtomnost rodi\u010de, ale um\u011bt se obl\u00e9ci, nachystat si aktovku na druh\u00fd den podle rozvrhu, p\u0159ipravit si pen\u00e1l a v\u00a0lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b si vzpomenout na pom\u016fcky, kter\u00e9 jsou pot\u0159eba do \u0161koly p\u0159in\u00e9st, zvl\u00e1dne s\u00a0trochou snahy d\u00edt\u011b brzy samo a rodi\u010d pak ji\u017e jen zkontroluje, zda je opravdu v\u0161e p\u0159ipraveno a na nic se nezapomn\u011blo. Kontrolujeme, ale neznechucujeme. Oce\u0148me to, co se d\u00edt\u011bti povedlo, a s\u00a0motivac\u00ed se sna\u017eme, aby d\u00edt\u011b dok\u00e1zalo dod\u011blat to, co nen\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b v\u00a0po\u0159\u00e1dku. Sna\u017eme se, abychom d\u00edt\u011bti nesebrali chu\u0165 do u\u010den\u00ed. \u00a0Ze zku\u0161enosti v\u00edm, \u017ee to opravdu funguje a v\u0161e, co do d\u00edt\u011bte vlo\u017e\u00edme, se mu bude v\u00a0budoucnu hodit a n\u00e1m u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed pr\u00e1ci nav\u00edc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><i>Co \u0159\u00edci z\u00e1v\u011brem?<\/i><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bu\u010fme p\u0159ipraveni, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b bude ob\u010das (n\u011bkdy i \u010dast\u011bji) unaven\u00e9 a znechucen\u00e9 z\u00a0p\u0159em\u00edry nov\u00fdch podn\u011bt\u016f a n\u00e1rok\u016f, bude za\u017e\u00edvat obt\u00ed\u017ee a t\u00edm v\u00edce bude pot\u0159ebovat na\u0161i podporu a povzbuzen\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b je jin\u00e9. N\u011bkter\u00e9 zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 nov\u00e9 v\u011bci snadno a jin\u00e9 s obt\u00ed\u017eemi. Necht\u011bjme po nich to, co n\u00e1m ne\u0161lo a hlavn\u011b necht\u011bjme ide\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u011bti, proto\u017ee takov\u00e9 nejsou. Zam\u011b\u0159me se na d\u00edt\u011b a na jeho pot\u0159eby a radujme se z\u00a0ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jeho \u00fasp\u011bchu, a\u0165 je jakkoli mali\u010dk\u00fd.
